Abstract

The angiographic findings of 12 medulloblastomas were analyzed, utilizing postoperative vertebral angiograms on the same patients as the standards.Medulloblastomas present angiographic features of an intraventricular midline tumor with marked compression of the vermis, absence of vallecular extension, and increased intracranial pressure. Some of these findings can be used for differentiation of medulloblastomas from other fourth ventricle tumors.
