Abstract
Aim: Endothelial dysfunction(ED) has been implicated as a cause of coronary artery spasm. But it remains unaddressed whether there are specific risk factors are involved and their angiographic findings are different depending on endothelial dysfunction in CAS. This study is to evaluate determinants and angiographic characteristics of endothelial dysfunction in the genesis of acetylcholine(Ach) -induced CAS.
