Abstract
Superior mesenteric artery (SMA) aneurysms are rare and often asymptomatic but can have catastrophic disease progression. Rare, and with anatomic variations of the celiac axis relatively common, management of SMA aneurysms is patient specific. We report the management of an aneurysmal dilatation of a variant with a hepatosplenomesenteric origin.
