Abstract

Twenty-six cases of aneurysmal bone cyst in children are reported with clinical, pathologic and roentgenographic findings.Positive myelographic findings were present in 5 cases.A zygomatic tumor and 2 tumors of the os calcis are included.The necessity for correlation of the pathologic findings with the clinical and roentgen findings to achieve accurate diagnosis is emphasized.
