Abstract

Patients with acute myocardial infarction have a high risk of perioperative cardiac complications,simultaneously implantation of coated stent-graft in abdominal aortic aneurysm also increases the risk of adverse cardiac event.In this report,a patient with acute myocardial infarction for 8 days was scheduled for coated stent-graft implantation for abdominal aortic aneurysm.Based on fully understanding about surgical characteristics,the ideal anesthesia program was developed by the following factors:titration of anesthetic drugs according to surgical requirements,stable hemodynamics,the balance of myocardial oxygen supply and demand,appropriate analgesia/sedation.Finally,the patient pulled through perioperative period stably without serious complications.
