Abstract

Objective To investigate Crush syndrome(CS)on haemoglobin, coagulation in patients caused by earthquake. Method ( 1 )95 patients diagnosed with CS by earthquake injure were included. The CS patients were divided into dialysis group and non-dialysis group, and to re-divided into four degree from mild to severe by HB and PLT. To compare the HB and PLT changes of the two groups. (2)To compare 639non-CS wounded and the CS patients, as well as the dialysis patients and the non-dialysis from the CS group with PT, APTT. Result ( 1 )There wre 29 dialysis cases and 66 non- dialysis cases in all CS patients, in which 85 cases (89. 5 % ) suffered anemia, 47 cases happended PLT lowering (49.5%), The HB and PLT level of the dialysis group were more obvious lower than non-dialysis , There were significant differences (P<0.05). (2)Abnormal PT ,APTT in 49 CS patients were 30 cases (61.2%), 10 cases (20.4%) re spectively, analogously in 639 non-CS wounded there were 169 cases (26.4%)、38 cases (5.9%). The PT, APTT value of CS patients extended longer respectively than that of non-CS wounded did, the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). whereas, in CS the PT, APTT of dialysis group cases extended more than that of non-dialysis group did, but no significant difference( P > 0.05). Conclusions CS can lead to obvious impairment of haemoglobin and coagulation, resulting in varying reducing of HB and PLT, extending of PT and APTT. Dialysis patients with serious renal impairment in CS patients had lower degree of HB, PLT than those of non-dialysis, The management with blood and plasma transfusion occupy an important position in rescuing CS patients. Key words: Crush syndrome; Anemia; Coagulation
