Abstract

The article is dedicated to the work of the outstanding Soviet architect and public figure Andrei Andreevich Ol’ in the field of low-rise housing construction in the pre-war and war periods. The author describes in detail his planning and development solutions for the low-rise residential complex in Uritsk and considers the spatial planning features of the low-rise residential complex located in Sosnovaya Polyana, Leningrad Region developed during the first post-war decade.
