Abstract
Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Bit Error Rate (BER) equations were proposed for AND subtraction detection technique compatible with Spectral Amplitude Coding-Optical Code Division Multiple Access (SAC-OCDMA) system under Enhanced Double Weight (EDW) code, we analysis the system performance using the proposed equations for SNR and BER with respect of the number of users and describing the subtraction operation and its effect on the Multiple Access Interference (MAI) between the different channels. this paper shown that and subtraction technique under the EDW code can give a reliable Multiple Access Interference (MAI) cancellation and achieved better system performance with respect of numbers of users versus the other code like Hadamard and Modified Frequency Hopping (MFH).
