Abstract

Thoughtful consideration of the Social Responsibility of Business, in general, and Human Rights policies, more specifically, is becoming increasingly vital to the ethical and financial health of US–based multinational firms. This paper explores the major Human Rights issues important to these corporations and offers a road map for navigating through this newly emphasised, and rather rocky, terrain.
