Abstract
目的 探讨泪小管断裂吻合术的手术方法.方法泪小管断裂32例,根据受伤的位置及泪阜的位置找到泪小管鼻侧断端,并进行插管,吻合.结果所有病例均能较顺利找到泪小管鼻侧断端,并进行插管吻合术.术后需带管2月.32例中有26例愈合良好,泪道通畅;3例通而不畅;另3例则完全不通.总有效率达87.88%.结论快速准确的找到泪小管鼻侧断端是整个手术的关键。
