Abstract
AbstractObjectives. To analyze the ratio of utilization of medical records used in writing medical papers for the medical staff. Methods. Papers published in the Chinese Medical Series Journals and the Core Journals are subjected to statistical analysis by using the method of proportion in the statistical description, so as to analyze the utilization of clinical articles, case reports and so on. Results. The clinical articles written utilizing medical records accounted for 35.45% in the Chinese Medical Series Journals and 55.00% in the Core Journals. The figure is a little low for a comprehensive tertiary hospital. Conclusions. Increasing the utilization of medical records is a prerequisite in papers, as it enhances their number and quality in a stable manner. It is an important problem which needs attention and study.
