Abstract

This paper conducts a general exposition of rules on confidentiality and privacy in Arbitration as well as the impact of public Interest and Transparency on Confidentiality in Arbitration. Then the paper looks at confidentiality rules in Arbitration Associations and conducts an analysis of the implications of the use of online Arbitration on confidentiality.
