Abstract

Space exploration is a challenging and complex endeavor that requires collaboration between countries and organizations to advance. SpaceX, a leading private aerospace company, has engaged in various international collaborations with space agencies and partners to drive the development and application of space technology. However, international partnerships can also give rise to conflicts and issues that require suitable coordination mechanisms to resolve. SpaceX manages these challenges through cross-functional teams, effective project management, and shared knowledge. Strategies like diversity in partnerships enhance cooperation.
