Abstract

Objective To analyze genetic polymorphism of 15 STR loci in Nanning Han population,and to analyze the population differentiation between Nanning Han and other population of Guangxi.Methods 15 STR loci were genotyped by multiplex PGR.The population differentiation and genetic distance were analyzed using Arlequin 3.1 software,and the phylogenetic tree of 12 ethnic groups was constructed by neighborjoining method.Results PIC values varied from 0.51 to 0.84,and DP values varied from 0.77 to 0.96,and PE valnes vailed from 0.24 to 0.77.The non.difierentiation exact P value Was mole than 0.05 between Han and Hui,Jing population of Guangxi at TH01,and the P values were less than 0.05 between Han and other population at other loci.Conclusions These loci except TPOX locus show good discrimination probability and the probability of exclusion in this population.There are gene exchanges among Han and other population of Guangxi,and there were closer genetic distance between Han,Zhuang,and Dong population.
