Abstract

This paper studies and analyses the interchannel interference (ICI) of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal. Comparing the ICI resulting from the receiving frequency offset in multifading channel with the ICI resulting from Doppler spread in time-varying channel. As a result the OFDM is more sensitivity to the frequency offset resulted by Doppler spread than by receiving frequency offset.
