Analytical study of primary user emulation attack detection techniques in cognitive radio Adhoc network

Abstract

To provide security in wireless medium is very difficult as compared to wired medium. Specifically in case of cognitive radio network the malicious user can behave like a legitimate user either to capture the communication process or to launch many attacks. In this research endeavor, our objectives are to deal with the various security issues in cognitive radio networks and then to obtain a detection technique for Primary User Emulation Attack (PUK).
