Abstract

The current study aims to study the number of agricultural holdings according to specialization in the State of Kuwait, the cropped areas of field crops, the actual areas planted with summer field crops, and the cropped areas according to the types of winter crops, according to the types of plantations of fruit vegetables (fruits) and according to the types of plantations of leafy vegetables (leafy). ) and the quantity and value of production according to the types of plantations of fruitful vegetables, and the quantity and value of production according to the types of plantations of leafy vegetables. The study found that the average number of vegetable and crop holdings amounted to 47.01 holdings during the period (2010-2019), and the number of holdings ranged between a minimum of 2885 holdings in 2010, at 41.0% of the total number of agricultural holdings, and a maximum of 3319 holdings, or 48.45% in the year (2013-2019). Conclusively,Increasing the horizontal expansion of the cropped areas of field crops and vegetables, and increasing the areas planted with summer and winter field crops, to increase the expansion of the use of modern technology by using the latest machines and selecting the best seeds for cultivation.
