Abstract
Construction industry is getting affected by cost overruns, time overruns, poor budgeting & planning. Currently there is no analytical tool available which can act as a benchmarking system to measure the performance of a project based on the historical data of past projects. This is an effort to predict time overrun and cost overrun in projects for taking precautionary measures to minimize or reduce the impact.
