Abstract

With the use of differential analyser it is possible to obtain the solutions of linear differential equations both in analog and analytical form. The role of the analyser in the analytical solution of differential equations is in finding the zeros of the characteristik polynomial. Although the analytical solution covers the entire range of the independent variable, while the analog solution is limited to a specified interval, the errors in both cases are of the same order of magnitude. In the analytical solution of certain nonlinear differential equations only linear elements of the analyser are used, while the analog solution requires nonlinear elements as well.
