Abstract

Possibilities of using an ANB-315 IR filter analyzer to measure the concentrations of substances whose determination is required in monitoring of technological processes in textile, petroleum, and food industries are studied. It is shown that the accuracy of determination, using the ANB-315 IR analyzer of oils on fabrics, fatty substances on wool, the composition of neutral and chemical fibers in blends, petroleum-product contamination of sewage with a significant reduction in the analysis time reaches the accuracy of the chemical methods which are used to analyze these substances. Similar results are obtained in determination of the content of fat protein, lactose in milk and protein grass flour and animal formula feeds using the ANB-315. The ANB-315 IR analyzer can be applied to monitoring of technological processes in textile, chemical, petroleum, food, and other branches of industry as well as a to environmental monitoring.
