Abstract

Motivation can be considered an important function of people management in the field of labor protection. In order to ensure safety at work, it is important that the employee is sufficiently motivated and competent in occupational health and safety issues. The article analyzes existing theories of motivation in the field of management. Methods aimed at improving safe working conditions in production are proposed on the basis of theories carried out in world practice. Creating an effective method of motivating and training employees in the occupational risk management system allows to reduce the number of injuries at work and significantly reduce the number of occupational risks in the enterprise.
