Abstract

The tight sandstone gas reservoirs represented by Sulige gas field are mainly developed in depletion method belonged to the traditional Arps decline analysis method, and are used the elastic properties of the gas itself for production. The production capacity also constantly changes with the changes of geological conditions, development well pattern, production mode, management system and technology after the gas reservoirs are put into production. The changes of production and pressure are complex and are greatly affected by human control in the actual gas well production process. To accurately recognize the characteristics of the production decline model in actually, it is necessary to get to know the general rules of gas well production decline of the tight sandstone reservoirs from a theoretical point of view, and then to know the actual production decline analysis method in the actual gas fields. The characteristics and laws of production changes of gas reservoirs are of great significance to take effective measures to stabilize production in time, to evaluate the development potential of gas reservoir in later period and to estimate reserves and recovery percent.KeywordsSulige gas fieldGas well productionDecline modelTight sandstone reservoirDecline index
