Abstract
Objective To analyse the risk factors of geriatric refractory asthma,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control the disease.Methods The clincal data of 162 elderly asthma patients who treated in the second people' s hospital of Jincheng were retrospectively analysed.They were divided into the treatment control group (84 cases)and refractory group (78 cases) according to their treatment situation.The single factor analysis,multivariate analysis and receiver operating characteristic curve were combination used for analyse the risk factors of treatment.Results Gender,daily use of short β2 agonists,the environmental pollution and the occupation exposure,sinusitis,gastroesophageal reflux,family history of asthma,smoking were risk factors of senile refractory asthma,the area under the ROC curve were respectively 0.676,0.800,0.794,0.674,0.672,0.883,0.681.Conclusions It should be tailored to the etiological treatment in standard treatment on refractory asthma,in order to obtain good effect.
