Abstract
With the deterioration of the observation environment and the increasing interference of surface stray currents, the commonly used surface resistivity observation is facing severe challenges. China began to experiment and develop deep-well geo-electrical resistivity observation. In this paper, the characteristics of the observation system of each resistivity station are counted and analyzed, and the data quality of the deep-well geo-electrical resistivity observation and the ground resistivity observation at the same site is compared in terms of relative standard deviation and annual variation. The results show that the operation of deep-well geo-electrical resistivity observation stations is in good condition, and its data quality and anti-interference ability are superior to ground resistivity observations. The results provide support for the popularization and application of deep-well geo-electrical resistivity observation technology, which can better serve seismic analysis and prediction.
