Abstract
孕产妇死亡率是衡量围生期保健工作质量的主要指标,同时也是衡量一个国家和地区社会发展和文明与健康的重要指标."降低孕产妇死亡,消除新生儿破伤风"("降消")项目自2000年在甘南藏族自治(甘南)州分期分批实施以来,已取得显著成效.本研究采用潜在寿命损失年数(YPLL)、潜在工作损失年数(WYPLL)和潜在价值损失年数(VYPLL),综合分析2000-2008年甘南州孕产妇死亡对寿命、工作年限和社会价值损失的影响,以评估"降消"项目对该地区孕产妇的健康保护作用和社会价值。
