Abstract

In recent years, due to the increasing market competition, Chinese enterprises have higher and higher requirements for employees, and the psychological pressure of employees has increased dramatically, resulting in increasingly serious psychological problems, thus affecting the normal operation of enterprises. The purpose of mental health education is to cultivate good mental state of employees, enhance their ability to resist stress, learn stress coping strategies and improve work efficiency, so it is particularly important to study the current situation and coping strategies of employees’ stress. In this study, the mental health status of employees in electric power enterprises was investigated and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of employees’ mental health education, practical solutions were put forward. Under the background of mass education, the enterprise employees’ mental health education integration mode with enterprise subject, employee participation and social linkage is established, and a multi-level guarantee system is established to ensure the efficient operation of the integration mode, and finally realize the orderly advancement of enterprise employees’ mental health education.
