Abstract

According to the prediction of China Electric Vehicle Association, the number of electric vehicles in China will reach 80 million by 2030. At that time, electric vehicles will provide peak shaving resources of more than 360 million KW and backup resources of 4.8 billion kwh, which is of great value to the reliable operation of power grid and the utilization of renewable energy. For the two-way charge and discharge of electric vehicles and vehicles, the limit of vehicle discharge on battery state and the control requirements of superior dispatching system need to be considered. This leads to the complex interaction process between vehicle and pile, and there is a problem that it can not be discharged normally. When the power grid needs the charging and discharging station to respond to its regulation command, it may affect the charging and discharging station's inability to respond accurately and timely. With the increasing density of charge and discharge service network, various faults that occur frequently in the process of charge and discharge will cause great harm and loss to electric vehicle users and charge and discharge operation and maintenance service network. Therefore, it is urgent to study the detection technology of vehicle pile network system and form a safe and stable detection method for vehicle pile network interoperability. It can provide technical support for the interactive charging safety of the Internet of vehicles, improve the safety and reliability of the charging and discharging process, and reduce users' worries about charging safety.
