Abstract
The reverse intermodulation interference exits among multi-standard base stations, it needs less than-114dBm/100KHz within a receiver band. A test method improved mechanism to measure IM3 (3rd order intermodulation product) during base station design, which made the test results better by reducing the nonlinear contribution from key component directional coupler in test environment. The new method changed hardware connection without any cost. Improved test mechanism can detect low level IM3 beneath-138dBm/100KHz in RX band.
