Abstract

Objective To explore the occurrence of malignant tumors in patients with cancer related fatigue reason and care interventions for cancer fatigue. Methods The patients with malignant tumors and cancer related fatigue patients were randomly divided into observation group given nursing intervention and control group treated with conventional care to observe the patient's activity status and quality of life. Results The number of chemotherapy patients, the number of radiotherapy patients and VAS score, HAMD score,HAMA score showed a weary group<mild fatigue group<moderate fatigue group< severe fatigue group;care in the observation group KPS score, physical function, psychological function, social function, cognitive function and overall quality of life score were significantly higher. Conclusions Radiotherapy and chemotherapy,pain and anxiety, depression is an important reason for cancer patients with cancer related fatigue, targeted to nursing intervention help the treatment of cancer related fatigue.
