Abstract

Objective To investigate the adverse reaction of the clinical use of quinolones, and provede the clinical science with some rational countermeasures. Methods Selected 117 cases of adverse reactions of quinolones from February 2008 to February 2010, and surveyed and analyzed the cases in a retrospective way. Results The 117 cases of quinolone's adverse reactions were mainly induced by 6 quinolones. Norfloxacin and levofloxacin respectively accounted for 41 cases and 38 cases. The main clinical manifestations of the adverse reactions are rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache,phlebitis and so on. Conclusions Quinolones are the most widely used drug of anti-infection, but it can bring ltos of adverse reactions to the users. When use it in the clinical medicine, should pay attention to its adverse reactions, and use it Scientificly and rationally, to raise the safety and effect of the drug use.
