Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of clinical curative effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy on the subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization and nursing countermeasures. Methods The data of inpatients diagnosed of SAH were collected in the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2008 to March 2012.102 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization were divided into two groups:cerebrospinal fluid replacement group(n=50)and the control group(n=52). Results In cerebrospinal fluid replacement group, the complications such as headache, stiff neck, hydrocephalus and cerebral vasospasm, the average hospitalization days were less than those in the control group(P< 0.05).The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusions Early cerebrospinal fluid replacement after intracranial aneurysm embolization in SAH patients can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the average hospitalization days with meticulous care, improve the cure rate and quality of life, the cerebrospinal fluid replacement is worthy of clinical application.
