Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between work quality and the loyalty of security personnel as a key factor in achieving productivity at PT. Prima Gunabuat. Qualitative analysis methods are used to evaluate technical competence, work ethics, and compliance with operational standards as dimensions of work quality. The research results show that high work quality positively influences the loyalty of security personnel. Loyalty of security personnel, reflected in adherence to operational tasks and active participation in achieving the company's vision, was identified as a key factor that increases productivity. Guaranteed security, supported by optimal work quality, creates a work environment that allows full focus on core tasks. In conclusion, investment in developing the work quality of security personnel is necessary to build a strong foundation for continued loyalty, create a positive work environment, and increase overall productivity. This research provides valuable insights for similar companies on optimizing human resource potential to achieve business goals.
