Abstract

The cross sections of three reactions 6Li(p, p) 5Li, 4He( 3He, 3He) 4He and 6Li9p, 4He) 3He are simultaneously analysed in the framework of S-matrix theory. The values of the resonance parameters of some levels of the compound nucleus 7Be are determined and compared with those derived from previous analysis. The ratio q n = ( Σ c + Γ cn 0)/ Γ n which occurs in the S-matrix parametrization is evaluated for two levels of 7Be and found close to unity.
