Abstract

Aiming at the problem that there is magnetic coupling among control windings of controllable reactor of transformer type (CRT), based on the magnetic integration technology, getting two kinds of integrated magnetic structure of CRT. One is composed of different permeability materials, its permeability of the working winding core and yoke are greater than the control winding cores, thus, this kind of structure by providing a low reluctance magnetic circuit to achieve the decoupling among control windings; The other is array-planar integrated magnetic structure, this kind of structure by splitting the windings, the magnetic flux of the control windings cancel each other to achieve the decoupling of the control windings. The result of calculation and analysis to the degree of coupling for these two structures show that the two kinds of integrated magnetic structures can satisfy the “weak coupling” requirements of CRT design, improve the control windings capacity utilization. The first structure is simple and easy to expand; the second structure can realize the complete decoupling among the control windings, but its structure is complex. Both magnetic integrated thoughts can provide a reference for decoupling among electromagnetic components of complex electromagnetic equipment, and broaden the application fields of magnetic integration technology.
