Abstract

The local availability of TV White Spaces is studied considering the impact of adjacent channel interference. A case study is presented, which demonstrates the impact of interference from White Space Devices operating in frequency bands adjacent to a terrestrial TV service. In addition, conventional static broadcasting is compared to a Dynamic Broadcast scenario, where additional TV White Spaces are made available for a certain period of time.
