Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the environmental factors and job stress of hair dressers and tries to verify the job environment and the effects of stress on the turnover factors. Methods: Data were collected from hair dressers in their 20s and 30s, analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program, and t -test, one-way ANOVA, χ2 (Chisquare)- test, correlation, and multiple regression were conducted. Result: Education system, working environment, welfare, wages and job stress, which are factors of human resources management, have significant influence on the degree of turnover. Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this research should be used as basic data for the development of the beauty industry, and that a systematic human resource management should be planned and carried out to accurately analyze job stress and environmental factors that have changed according to changes in the consciousness of hair dressers.
