Abstract
目的 探讨镰刀状肾实质切开术治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石的疗效.方法 采用镰刀状肾实质切开术和无萎缩性肾切开取石术治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石各20例.比较两组手术时间、术中出血量和并发症发生情况.结果 两组手术均顺利完成.平均手术时间治疗组为(123±35)min;对照组为(152±28)min.平均术中出血量治疗组(130±60)ml;对照组(200±72)ml.结石残留两组各有3例.术后大出血治疗组1例,对照组3例.结论 镰刀状肾实质切开取石术有手术时间较短,术中出血少,术后大出血发生率小等优点,较适用于治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石。
