Abstract
To solve the problem that the rope pulling plate may be delayed in the actual work of the knotter, the influence of the change of the timing of the rope pulling mechanism on the knotter forming performance was studied and analyzed. The dynamic model of the flexible bundling of the knotting machine is established using the Bushing connection of RecurDyn. The timing of the bundling machine homing is controlled by modifying the driving function of the bundling machine, and the positive pressure of the hook pliers is obtained by measuring the contact force between the bundle and the hook pliers. The results of the contact force curve show that the maximum positive pressure of the hook pliers for the normal homing of the rope plate is 290.43 N. The maximum value of the sudden change of tension can reach 837.17 N, which proves that the change in the timing of the rope pulling mechanism has a significant influence on the positive pressure of the hook pliers.
