Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the human resources potential of specialists with secondary medical education in order to identify problems in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection. Results. when analyzing the staffing situation in the Clinical Diagnostic Center, a staff shortage of paramedical workerswas revealed, as evidenced by staffing rates, the ratio of medical and nursing staff and the part-time ratio. Conclusion. In the process of analytical activity, the following was revealed: the absence of social methods for keeping employees in the workplace, a high percentage of part-time jobs, the average age is 45 years; the presence of a corporate culture, a high level of qualification, the personal development of specialists with a secondary medical education, a variety of specialties within one organization.
