Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the perception of learning support programs offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) affected class satisfaction for the research subjects of natural sciences and engineering students. For such aims, data was collected by surveys, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted for data processing. According to research results, it appeared that related variables had a positive effect on class satisfaction, and class satisfaction was high in the case of high perception of learning support programs. In particular, of the learning support programs, the degree of recognizing a fully equipped learning support program and experience in participating in a learning support program had positive effects on class satisfaction.
