Abstract

Objective To explore the related factors of reconnection after microvasectomy and epididymis anastomosis. Methods From January 2014 to December 2017, 120 cases of microsurgical vasoepididymostomy treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were randomly selected.During the study period, the operative methods, age, course of disease, anti-sperm antibody and the relationship between them and the patient's reproduction were investigated in detail. Logistic regression equation was used to calculate and analyzed the related factors of recanalization after microsurgical vasoepididymostomy. Results We found that 102 cases were recanalized after microsurgical vasoepididymostomy, the recanalization rate was 85.0%, 18 cases were not recanalized, and the recanalization rate was 15.0%. Comparison of two sets of general data found, there were significant differences between the two groups in age, course of disease, number of anastomosis, epididymal fluid analysis and anastomosis site(P<0.05). The differences were calculated by logistic regression equation. Age, course of disease, number of anastomosis, analysis of epididymal fluid and site of anastomosis were found to be the influencing factors of vasectomy under microscope. Conclusions There are many related factors that cause the recanalization after microsurgical vasoepididymostomy.Therefore, doctors can further improve the recanalization rate by reducing the intraoperative factors.
