This paper uses the method of case analysis, focusing on the development of Industrial Bank in green bonds; At the same time, from the theory, economic factors, efficiency factors and other aspects of the in-depth analysis of Industrial Bank issued green bond reasons. Through case analysis and research, it is concluded that national policies and the benefits brought by the issuance of green bonds are the most important factors to promote the issuance of green bonds by banks, and the theory of environmental Kuznets curve is the premise of the issuance of green bonds.
