Abstract

With the increasing heat of fetal rights protection, the supporting measures of fetal civil rights protection in China have been gradually improved.But from the perspective of civil law, the legal consequences of the fetus is not in place, and the experience of related affairs in practice is also missing. This paper will analyze and discuss the legal consequences of stillbirth after donation or inheritance.
