Abstract

This article analyzed the model based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard in the management of existing or expected risks in analytical testing laboratories. The principles of the ISO 9001 standard were compared with the principles and capabilities of risk management. Enterprises and organizations, as well as analytical testing laboratories, are paying a lot of attention to the management of risks that arise in achieving their goals. The ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, which sets its requirements for the accreditation of testing laboratories, also recommends that enterprises document risk management separately. This affects the quality of work of analytical laboratories.
