Abstract

Objective To investigation the influencing factors of pregnancy in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic treatment. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of endometriosis type infertility underwent laparoscopic surgery patients who were treated in Gynaecology and Obstetricsin Department of Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing from December 2009 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects.Patients were followed up for 2 years after the regular outpatient visits and telephone interviews combination.Statistics was observed in patients with pregnancy rate, infertility type, duration of infertility, R-AFS staging, pathological type, postoperative use ovulation drugs, after the use of leuprorelin treatment clinical factors and pregnancy rates of patients were collected, the influence of related factors after treatment were analyzed. Results Of 120 cases patients, there were 84 cases of pregnancy 2 years after treatment, the cumulative pregnancy rate was 70.00%, including 50 cases of pregnancy 1 year after treatment, the cumulative pregnancy rate was 41.67%, 36 cases(30.00%) of no pregnancy.Postoperative pregnancy rate in the pathological type(the rate of primary infertility and secondary infertility were 48.8% and 81.0%), infertility time(the pregnancy rate of less than 3 years, more than 3 years were 88.2% and 46.2%), age(the pregnancy rate of less than 35 years old, more than 35 years old were 75.9% and 58.5%), promote ovulation treatment(the pregnancy rate of ovulation induction therapy and no treatment were 86.0% and 58.6%) were no statistically significant differences(P 0.05). The correlation was analyzed by Pearson test showed that the duration of infertility, the type of infertility and the age were negatively correlated with the pregnancy rate(r=-0.48, -0.37, -0.51, P=0.035, 0.015, 0.012), while the positive correlation between ovulation induction and normal pregnancy was positive(r=0.67, P=0.011). Conclusion The longer the duration of infertility, the greater the age and secondary infertility may affect the pregnancy rate of patients with endometriosis type infertility after laparoscopic operation.And ovulation induction therapy can improve pregnancy rate.
