Abstract

In order to study the influence of stiffness of different vibration isolation elements on the dynamic performance of steel spring floating slab track of metro, Fuzhou Metro Line 2 is taken as the research object, and based on the combination of online measurement and simulation modeling, the influence law of fastener stiffness and steel spring stiffness on the vehicle steel spring floating slab track coupling dynamic response is analyzed. The research shows that with the increase of fastener stiffness, the vehicle body displacement and rail displacement decrease, and the rail acceleration, track plate displacement and acceleration increase accordingly. The track plate acceleration is most significantly affected by the fastener stiffness, and the acceleration amplitude increases from 4.479 m/s2 to 9.223 m/s2; As the steel spring stiffness increases, the rail acceleration and track plate acceleration will increase, and the vehicle body displacement and acceleration, rail displacement and track plate displacement will decrease. The smaller the steel spring stiffness is, the greater the decrease of the four dynamic response amplitudes mentioned above.
