Abstract

Farmers' land transfer means that farmers transfer their land to others in a fair and legal way in their own name. However, the real ownership of the land also belongs to the farmers, and only the contractor has the temporary land use right. At present, China's agricultural industry is mainly developing in the direction of improvement and processing, and land transfer has become a common system for agricultural management at this stage, with good prospects for development. This paper aims to study the impact analysis of rural land transfer on agricultural economy based on differential evolution algorithm. In this paper, a multi-objective differential evolution algorithm based on multi-swarm strategy is proposed. In order to better solve the impact model of land circulation, the differential evolution algorithm is improved, and a mutation process based on two strategies is proposed, and an external archive set is introduced to store the optimal solution, and the cyclic crowding degree method is used to control the scale of the external archive set. , using a selection process based on a hybrid selection strategy. Finally, an example analysis is carried out, and a multi-objective differential evolution algorithm based on multi-swarm strategy is used to solve the multi-objective environmental protection economic dispatch model. Experiments have shown that after land transfer, 69.85 % of farmers are used for food production, and the main reasons for land transfer are non-agricultural household income and non-labor ratio, both of which account for about 30%.
