Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership on teacher performance mediated by work motivation, organizational commitment, and teacher work discipline. The research was carried out at the YPPK Santo Fransiskus Asisi school consisting of 190 respondents. The questionnaire results were tested using validity test, reliability tests, structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The research results found that leadership, was directly able to improve the performance of Santo Fransiskus Assisi teachers in the city/district of Jayapura. Through the R square value, it can be seen that leadership has an influence significant and positive on teacher performance, work motivation, organizational commitment, and work discipline. Direct and indirect leadership through work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline can significantly improve teacher performance. Or through work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline are able to mediate the relationship between leadership and teacher performance at the YPPK Santo Fransiskus Asisi school in the city of Jayapura district both in terms of aspects, quality, quantity, timeliness and effectiveness
