Abstract

Innovations play an important role in the activities of enterprises and organizations. In the modern conditions in which enterprises have to work, it is important to take into account various factors that affect their activities. The article examines the factors that influence innovation activity. Innovation management, the study of factors influencing innovation, will allow the company to reach a new level, master new technologies, develop a new management strategy. All this will eventually lead to the development of the enterprise, increase the levels of business activity and profitability. It is especially important to take into account the external factors influencing innovation activity, they ultimately form the strategy of promoting the enterprise in the market. The correction of the company's activities, taking into account the influence of external factors affecting innovation activities, will allow to form and strengthen a competitive management strategy. For approbation of methods of analysis taking into account the influence of external factors, a group of manufacturing enterprises was selected. In the article, as an example, the result of a study of one of them is presented.
