Abstract
The paper presents the analysis of full-scale observations of the HES state of the Kutuzovsky reservoir, which to date is the last one built in the Crimea. The paper gives graphical description of objects of water body inspection, results of data on deformations (sediments and horizontal displacements of measuring works) occurring in the body of the dam. Documentation on safety assessment of hydraulic structures of the facility is provided. Probable harm of three scenarios with the formation of a hole in the body of a dam, in which hydrodynamic accident takes place, was calculated. Recommendations for further HES operation are given.
